SECUREVENTS LTD routinely vet their staff within 13 weeks, from the start of their employment.

Please ensure all details are correct & true before proceeding.

ITEMS REQUIRED FROM SIA OFFICERS/STEWARDS

APPLICATION FORM

Please make sure that EVERY section of the application form is filled in FULLY. Please make sure that your employment history goes back five years from the date of the application form and that any gaps in employment are accounted for.For any periods of self employment, please provide your accountant’s details in place of employer’s details or provide your registered self employment number.Please also ensure that details of two personal referees are provided.Even if we have your bank details, please still fill out this section on the application form.

2 X PASSPORT PHOTOS

Please write your name on the back of both photographs.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Please read and sign.

WTR OPT OUT FORM

Please read and sign to say that you are willing to work more than 48 hours per week if needs be.

(This will be over the summer season when we have large amounts of work)

2 X FORMS OF ID

Please provide copies of two forms of identification (not SIA license).At least one must be photographic ID (passport, driving license, travel card etc). At least one must confirm your current address (driving license, bank statement, utility bill, official correspondence e.g. letter from job centre etc).If you cannot provide the above, please contact the office on 07946377102.

1 x COPY OF YOUR NATIONAL INSURANCE CARD

1 X Photocopy please.

IF YOU HAVE AN SIA BADGE PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING...

1 X COPY OF SIA CERTIFICATE

Please provide a photocopy of your SIA training certificate.

1 X COPY OF SIA BADGE

Please provide a photocopy of both the FRONT AND BACK of your SIA license.

1 X COPY OF YOUR CRB CHECK

Please provide a photocopy of your CRB check.

1 X COPY OF ANY OTHER CERTIFICATES

If you hold any other certificates, for example, first aid, fire fighting etc, please provide photocopies of these.
